The work method of Van den Elzen Plantenkwekerij is defined by a proactive marketing approach and an innovative organisation. Because of this the company has grown to be one of the five largest plant growers in the Netherlands, with Northern Europe as area of distribution. We have a linear organisational structure with direct lines of communication which ensures that we are able to respond to all of your questions, wishes and demands with accuracy and efficiency.

We work with a modern machine park which enables us to deliver large parties of high quality plants at short notice. There is however still a lot of work done by hand every day. In addition to a core of sixteen specialists on the payroll, we have forty employees in semi-permanent functions and 250 to 330 seasonal employees. All of our employees have been well trained for their function and continue to learn whenever the opportunity arises.
